High-temperature hot air penetrates the fiber web, melting the low-melting component (PE) at fiber cross-points to form a three-dimensional network.

Air-through bonding uses high-temperature, high-pressure hot air to penetrate the fiber web, melting the PE low-melting component on fiber surfaces to bond at cross-points — creating a bulky, soft, highly conductive and eco-friendly material.
